The saffron farm project in Jordan started a few years ago as the first specialized farm for saffron cultivation in Jordan. Through numerous experiments and studies, we succeeded in cultivating saffron in Jordan and producing a high-quality national product that rivals, if not surpasses, imported saffron. With the grace of God, we have managed to expand the area of our farm to reach 12 dunums. Through our experience, we aim to put Jordan on the map of saffron-producing countries in the coming years by promoting this promising cultivation and making it a part of the farming practices of small and medium landowners in our Jordanian countryside. This will be achieved by providing saffron bulbs at reasonable prices, in addition to offering all necessary technical consultations.
